What happens to the reservation fee if I decide not to go ahead?
The £1000 reservation fee is paid directly to the solicitors, this fee immediately removes the property from the market, and because of this they are unlikely to provide a refund.
We tend to treat these on a case-by-case scenario, TOPS Worldwide Ltd are always keen to ensure no money is lost and will endeavor to bring all misadventures to a satisfactory conclusion.
