We have German and English Directors with our latest addition being Dr. Johannes Harl; formally COO with JP Morgan - New York.

What happens to the reservation fee if I decide not to go ahead?

The £1000 reservation fee is paid directly to the solicitors, this fee immediately removes the property from the market, and because of this they are unlikely to provide a refund.
